Terms & Conditions

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid charges. If canceled within 24 hours or in case of a no-show, the rate for your entire stay is fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

Prices and Taxes

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht including Taxes and Service Charges. 

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

• To ensure the security of your stay, we kindly request a deposit of 1,000 baht per stay, payable upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages incurred during your stay. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may choose to deposit your passport, ID card, or driver's license with our front desk. Rest assured that your documents will be securely kept and returned to you upon check-out.

Traveling with Minors

• Children aged 0-4 years stay free of charge, while children aged 5-12 years can either share the bed with their parents or opt for an extra bed at a 50% discounted price.

Parking

• Car parking facilities are provided at our establishment.

Check-In Time

• 14:00 PM.
• Early check-in is subject to availability. Guaranteed Early Check-In: Guests can guarantee early check-in by reserving the room for the night before their arrival. Additional fees may apply.

Check-Out Time

• 12:00 PM.
• Late check-out is subject to availability. Guaranteed Late Check-Out: Guests can extend their stay for an additional night to guarantee late check-out until their desired departure time. Additional fees may apply.

Non-Smoking

• All rooms are non-smoking to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. Furthermore, each room is equipped with a balcony for your convenience and enjoyment.
